Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy


Return Policy

We offer 30 days return policy for the clothes you purchase in other than Trigger Jeans. Trigger Jeans alone has 10 days return policy. If in case you have any issues with the product sizing or quality, you can return it to us. However, returns due to size change is not accepted for Trigger Jeans alone. The customer is expected to see the size chart carefully before placing the order. Please remember that the product has to be unused, unwashed and it must contain all the original tags intact while returning it. The product has to be sent back in original packaging along with a copy of original invoice. After receiving the returned item and performing the quality check, we will either refund the entire amount (excluding the shipping charge if any) or replace the product based on your choice and stock availability.  

To ensure that we can initiate the process of return, you should send us the Courier company name and the AWB number through which you have returned the product(s) to us. Please note that no return process would be initiated if these details are missing. These details can be sent to us via email at 

To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, please ensure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. The return process will be initiated once we have received the product and have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused and in good condition. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.


Refund Policy

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our warehouse (and they are not in damaged condition). Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.

For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through Coupon worth the amount paid for the product. For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. 


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only available in case of orders not been shipped from our warehouse to customer’s location. In case of complete order cancellation the complete amount spent against the order will be credited back to the customer. In case of part order cancellation, balance left after adjusting the amount for products shipped to member’s location will be credited back to the customer.
